HISTORY

The IR Group starts with the company IR Autorepuestos S.A. In 1991, it assumed the challenge of importing and providing the Costa Rican market with quality products in the Vehicle Exhaust Systems segment. By supplying more than 800 customers we have consolidated our sales, distribution and delivery throughout the national territory; providing products, services and attention at each point of sale.

With the motivation to provide our customers with new products; the 4x4 line is introduced; same that satisfies a good percentage of the market that likes adventure and modifying their vehicles for beach or mountain enjoyment. We also offer the ease of importing equipment and machinery for mechanical and muffle workshops, also offering the required advice.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

In the Ivan Ran Group, as an integral part of each of the companies, we define them in four vertically oriented functional departmental areas: LOGISTICS, FINANCIAL / ACCOUNTING, MARKETING and SALES, AND IT SERVICES. You agree with the needs of the companies that make up the Group; being the objective to grow each company maintaining the areas integrated operationally

LOGISTICS

It fulfills the execution, planning and control of activities related to obtaining the required products, materials and supplies. Its objective is to optimize purchase and import processes and reduce costs

WINERY CONTROL:

With a plant of more than 800 M2 for exclusive use of storage; The operation of the same as a task to ensure the efficiency of the resources and the costs emanated, as well as in the care and custody of the inventories.

FINANCIAL / ACCOUNTING

Maximizes equity, optimizing the proper management of financial resources for efficiency. With the ability to provide the Financial / Accounting service to companies that require the proper management of their inventories, billing and accounting.

MARKETING AND SALES

It brings together all the characteristics of the Ivan Ran Group companies, merging and identifying growth opportunities. It also manages projects whose objective is to develop strategies to increase sales of our products and services.
